SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

We process and ship orders from Boulder during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Free shipping promotions are based on the post discount final dollar amount. Cart total must be over the promo amount required in order to apply.

RETURNS

If you do not feel that your purchase from the Thistle Jewelry Design website has lived up to your expectations simply return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be in new, and unused condition. Earrings must be on their original earring card. Bracelets, necklaces, hair jewelry, and tote bags must have their original tags.  Trinket boxes and serving boards must have their original packaging. Our products are all handmade and therefore we consider minor variations in color normal and variations in product sizes up to .25" from descriptions to be considered normal and not considered defective.

 

Only regular priced items and regular priced items with a promo code, purchased on the Thistle Jewelry Design website may be returned. Items found in the 'SALE' section of the website or marked as SALE cannot be refunded or exchanged. Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 15 days of receipt. Thistle Jewelry Design is not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry after this time. If items are reported within the 15 day time period and are damaged or lost in shipping Thistle Jewelry Design will issue a product credit or replacement for the damaged items only, we do not issue refunds for damaged or lost items. Returns will be charged a $5 shipping fee.
